Purpose of the project:
- Informing the public and encouraging relevant authorities to search for the bodies of missing persons, while advocating for social and state reflection on the cases of those killed or disappeared while trying to escape from the communist system between 1986 and 1990.
- Engaging with the Government and the Assembly on issues related to human rights, legal obligations, and international commitments of Albania.
- Promoting awareness and rehabilitation through public discourse, media, and education of new generations on specific cases, names, events, and their consequences.
