Objective:
- To promote the transparency and accountability of elected officials.
2. Any reaction by the public, political parties, or government institutions aimed at increasing the transparency of parties and elected officials, which may have directly resulted from the program, will indicate success.
3. The Institute will monitor reactions to its publications, presentations, and events, as well as the use of its information, in print and broadcast media. Positive reactions and extensive media coverage will indicate success.
4. The inclusion of recommendations advocated by the Institute in reforms to the vetting legislation or government decisions will also indicate success.
