Description: The project “Monitoring of Women in Local Elections 2015”, aimed to monitor the women candidates in the new municipalities, the voting process, gender quotas and all the other legal areas where the women are affected by the political parties. The Monitoring of ISP included the Municipality of Tirana, Vora and Paskuqan.
Impact: In the framework of the project ISP announced the study with findings and recommendations of the project and adressed them to the Central Election Commission and political parties in Albania with the aim to increase the representation of women and improve their performance in decision making.
